消腹散预防肉鸡腹水症的研究

【摘要】饲喂高能量高蛋白饲料建立肉鸡腹水症模型,采用中药消腹散对肉鸡腹水症进行防治研究。结果表明:中药消腹散显著地降低了肉鸡腹水症的发病率及血浆、心、肝和肺组织的MDA值(P<0.05),显著降低了心脏指数(RV/TV)(P<0.05),显著增加了血浆、心、肝和肺组织的SOD活性(P<0.05)。更多还原

【Abstract】 The model of ascites syndrome was established by high energy and high protein feed.Studies on prevention of ascites syndrome with traditional Chinese medicine were made.The results showed that Incidence of Ascites Syndrom and MDA content in plasma,heart,liver and lung obviously decreased(P<0.05),RV/TV(P<0.05) decreased,SOD activity obviously increased(P<0.05)in plasma,heart,liver and lung of feeding Xiaofusan broiler compared with the control broilers更多还原
