【摘要】 我国建筑类高校人才培养存在模式单一、工程训练未达到基本要求、理论教学与工程实际严重脱节、工程教育与人文教育结合不够,以及缺乏与国际工程高等教育接轨等突出问题,改革和创新我国建筑类高校人才培养模式迫在眉睫.改革和创新我国建筑类高校人才培养模式,首先要在明晰办学理念基础上设计符合一定办学理念价值实现形式的人才培养模式.在实践中坚持"唯实"办学理念不失为一种正确选择."唯实"办学理念规定了"三实型"人才培养目标定位.完善建筑类高校"三实型"人才培养模式,应着力从深化教学内容和方法改革,培养学生综合素质;强化实践教学,培养学生创新精神和应用能力;优化师资队伍结构,造就一支实践经验丰富的教师队伍;密切政产学研之间关系,构建多元合作人才培养链;主动适应世界工程高等教育潮流,建立与国际接轨的专业认证制度等方面展开.更多还原
