硅灰钢纤维对混凝土性能影响的试验研究
Experimental Investigation of Performance Effect of Silica Fume and Steel Fiber on Concrete
【摘要】 为使混凝土具有良好的抗裂性能,在混凝土原材料中加入钢纤维、硅灰、矿渣来改善混凝土的抗裂性.用正交设计和理论分析研究不同掺量的钢纤维、硅灰、矿渣对混凝土抗裂性能的影响.试验结果表明:钢纤维对混凝土的性能影响尤为显著;掺入硅灰有利于增强混凝土的抗压强度和劈拉强度;复合使用钢纤维、硅灰、矿渣能明显改善高性能混凝土的后期强度;钢纤维、硅灰、矿渣在混凝土中的最佳掺量是10%,7%,7%。
【Abstract】 To enable concrete has good crack resistance,it improves the crack resistance of concrete that add to steel fiber,silica fume and slag in the concrete.The different content of steel fiber,silica fume and slag of anti-cracking performance of concrete is studied by orthogonal design and theoretical analysis.The experimental results show that:the steel fiber on the performance of concrete is particularly significant ;the silica fume can enhance the concrete compressive strength and splitting tensile strength ;the use of composites reinforced steel fiber,silica fume and slag concrete can improve the strength of the latter ;the best content of steel fiber,silica fume and slag in concrete is 10 %,7 %,7 %.
