【摘要】 目的探讨造成精神病人暴力行为的有关因素,为预防暴力行为的发生提供依据。方法由专科和兼职精防医生填写《精神疾病患者基本情况核查表》,对每位患者进行临床评估。结果 1精神病人2746例,有暴力行为212例(7.72%)。其中精神分裂症有暴力行为143例(10.45%),心境障碍有暴力行为6例(8.21%),精神发育迟滞有暴力行为55例(6.11%);2男性精神病人有暴力行为153(11.01%),女性精神病人有暴力行为59例(5.15%);3有配偶的精神病人有暴力行为80例(6.74%),离婚的精神病人有暴力行为26例(16.88%),再婚的精神病人有暴力行为27例(72.97%),丧偶的精神病人有暴力行为8例(21.05%);4核心型家庭有暴力行为154例(8.58%),中间型家庭有暴力行为43例(16.04%),大家庭有暴力行为15例(3.17%);5病症期有暴力行为44例(14.96%),被动期有暴力行为41例(11.26%)。结论精神分裂症、心境障碍、精神发育迟滞易发生暴力行为;男性,离婚、再婚、丧偶,缺少家庭支持,处于疾病期和波动期是危险因素;良好的婚姻状况和大家庭的支持是保护因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the relevant factors which caused mental patients’ violent behaviors and provide the foundations to prevent violent behaviors.Methods Specialists and part-time medical practitioners filled in the check list which was about mental patients’ basic information and then evaluated every patient.Results ①There were 2746 mental patients,and the number of the patients who have violent behaviors was 212(7.72%).143(10.45%)with violent behaviors are schizopnrene 6(8.21%) are mood disorder patients,55(6.11%)were patients with mental retardation.②153(11.01%) male mental patients had violent behaviors.The female patients were different.59(5.15%)female mental patlents were violent patients.③80(6.74%)married mental patients had violence.There were 26(16.88%) violent behaviors patients in the divorced people.The number of the violence people in the remarried people was 27(72.97%) and 8(21.05%) patients who were bereft of their spouse were violent.④There were 154(8.58%) patients who had violence among the nuclear family patients.43(16.04%) of the osculant family were violent people.15(3.17%) patients were violent in the extended family.⑤There were 44(14.96%) patients who had violent behaviors in the stage of mental disease.41(11.26%) patients who were in the fluctuating stage were violent.Conclusion Schizophrenia,mood disorders,mental retardation cause violent behaviors.Men,divorce and remarriage,being bereft of his spouse and lacking of family support,being in the state of mental disease and in the fluctuating period are dangerous factors.A good marital status and family supports are protective factors.更多还原
