【摘要】 目的探讨心理干预对工伤康复患者心理状况的影响,实施有效的心理干预措施。方法采用个别心理治疗、团体心理治疗、放松训练对30例康复期工伤患者进行为期4周的心理干预,使用症状自评量表(SCL-90)在干预前后进行2次评定。结果干预前后SCL-90量表总分、总均分、焦虑、人际关系敏感性、偏执及精神病性存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论心理干预能增进工伤康复患者的治疗效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of psychological intervention on psychological status of patients with work injury rehabilitation. Methods A total of 30 patients with work injury rehabilitation were assessed with SCL-90 for 4 weeks of psychological intervention. Results After intervention,the total and factor scores of SCL-90 were significantly lower than those before intervention. Conclusion The psychological intervention could improve psychological status of patients with work injury rehabilitation.更多还原
