双波长自由切换输出固体激光器

【摘要】 提出了基于偏振控制的双波长切换激光器的概念,采用角锥腔电光调Q-DPL(激光二极管抽运固体激光器)、环形腔KTP-OPO(光参量振荡器)和电控偏振态切换技术,获得在小型轻量化、高可靠性、高效率、高重复频率和大能量输出等约束条件下,1064 nm/1570 nm两种波长自由切换输出。其中1064 nm波长每脉冲280 mJ激光输出,1570 nm波长每脉冲125 mJ激光输出,转换效率为45%,且同轴输出指向稳定,可用于星载、机载、舰载激光测距/照射、激光雷达和激光环境监测等领域。

【Abstract】 Electro-optic Q-switched diode pumped solid-state laser(DPL) with corner-cube,cross-resonator optical parametric oscillator(OPO)(CRO) and the technology of polarization controlled by electricity are used to acquire the output of dual-wavelength of 1064 nm and 1570 nm in the conditions that the laser must be smart and light,and have high reliability,high efficiency,high recurrence-frenquency and large power output.Experiment gets laser pulse with 200 mJ each pluse at 1064 nm and 74 mJ each pluse at 1570 nm,and conversion efficiency of 45% together with output of stable orientation,so that it can be used as airborne,spaceborne,ship laser location,irradiation or radar,and used in the field of laser environmental monitoring.
