一种应用于分布式光纤拉曼温度传感器的温度补偿电路
A Temperature Compensating Circuit for Distributed Optical Fiber Raman Temprature Sensor
【摘要】 介绍了一种应用于分布式光纤拉曼温度传感器的温度补偿电路,该温度补偿电路通过对雪崩光电二极管的反偏电压进行温度补偿来抵消环境温度对雪崩光电二极管的影响,从而大大降低了系统的温度漂移。采用该温度补偿电路的系统可在0~60℃的环境温度范围内将温漂引起的测量偏差控制在±0.1℃之内。和传统的恒温装置相比,采用温度补偿电路可有效降低系统的功耗和成本。
【Abstract】 This paper presents a temperature compensating circuit which is used in distributed optical fiber Raman temperature sensor.The temperature compensating circuit through temperature compensation for the avalanche photodiode reverse bias voltage to offset the impact of environmental temperature on the avalanche photodiode,thus reducing the temperature drift of the system.By using this technology,the system measurement error caused by ambient temperature drift can be controlled within ±0.1 ℃ from 0 to 60 ℃.Compared with traditional constant temperature device,using temperature compensating circuit can effectively reduce system power consumption and cost.
