【Abstract】 We introduce and analyze the research results of domestic and foreign rural electoral experts and scholars,point out that the di- gestion and absorption of outstanding research achievements at home and abroad,and avoid weaknesses at the same time,in order to find the just,fair and efficient electoral methods in agreement with the rural status quo,innovate and improve the rural electoral system, strengthen the dynamic management of the electoral process.All done will help to improve the quality of village elections,provide the basis for the decision-making at all levels of government,and help to create the new harmonious countryside,promote the healthy development of rural democracy.更多还原
