【摘要】 目的探讨关节镜下治疗胫骨髁间隆突撕脱骨折的疗效。方法20例胫骨髁间隆突骨折在关节镜直视下使用探针及克氏针进行撬拨复位,再使用直径1.0mm克氏针从膝关节髌韧带旁经皮穿入,钻入胫骨髁间撕脱骨折块;选用3mm空心钛加压螺钉顺克氏针钻入固定骨折处,钉尾埋入韧带内,清除关节内游离的碎骨块;4例合并半月板损伤也同时处理,术后进行康复锻炼。结果对所有病例进行8～12个月随访,全部获骨性愈合,20例膝关节功能恢复正常。结论关节镜直视下治疗胫骨隆突骨折,手术创伤小,切口瘢痕小,骨折复位好,并能同时处理关节内其他病变,术后功能恢复快,花费少,是一种较理想的手术方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of treatment tibial intercondylar eminence fracture under arthroscopy.Methods A total of 20 patients with tibial intercondylar eminence fractures were treated by needle and Kirschner wire to percutaneous reduction by leverage.Kirschner wire with the diameter of 1.0 mm were penetrated into tibial intercondylar eminence to avulse the fracture massa.The 3 mm hollow titanium compression screw were used to to fix the fracture.4 patients associated meniscal injury were treated at the same time.Rehabilitation exercise were carried out after operation.Results All cases had a follow-up of 8～12 months,and all got bone union,20 patients’joint function recoved normal.Conclusion With advantages of less invasion,smaller scar,accurate reduction,feasible to treat the associated processes,quick recovery and less spend,it is an ideal operation for tibia intercondylar eminence avulsion fracture.更多还原
