【摘要】 在突发性灾难反应的每个阶段,确切的信息对青少年非常重要。社会各组织应对突发性灾难中的青少年进行心理干预,提供客观真实的信息,指导青少年在危机中的判断和行动,真正对青少年承担责任,让青少年掌握应对危机和沟通的方法。躯体受害者需要医疗关注,心理受害者需要心理支持,应激述谈在突发性灾难后对受灾青少年群体心理救援时是实用有效和必须的。建议进行应激述谈时每组以8人左右为宜,专家主持,全部过程2-3小时,分导入期、事实期、感受期、症状期、辅导期和再入期六个阶段。更多还原

【Abstract】 In every stage of reaction on outburst disaster,exact information is more important for teenagers.All social organizations should take psychological intervention on teenagers in outburst disaster,provide real and objective information,guide the teenagers to judge and act in crisis,take actual responsibility for teenagers,and help them learn to deal with crisis and communication.Physical victims need medical concern,psychological victims need psychological support,and stress talk is effective and necessary for afflicted teenagers to obtain psychological relief after outburst disaster.We suggest that the stress talk is suitable with eight teenagers as a group,holding by an expert about two to three hours,and the stress talk contains the phases of leading-in,fact,feeling,symptom,guidance,and reentry.更多还原
