【摘要】 以黑龙江省居民收入为研究对象,利用计量经济学方法,将工资性收入与居民财产性收入进行相关性分析研究,发现两者存在较强的相关关系,较低的工资水平是制约财产性收入增长的因素之一。黑龙江省应在加快发展经济的同时,以改革工资制度为切入点,加快完善工资指导线制度、健全工资分配制度、建立正常的增资机制以及加快产业结构调整,拓宽居民财产性收入来源渠道,努力提高居民财产性收入,缩小与发达地区的差距。更多还原

【Abstract】 The relevant analysis on Heilongjiang residents’ salary income and property income by means of econometrics shows that there is significant correlation between them and the lower salary is one of factors limiting growth of property income. Therefore, Heilongjiang province should quicken economic development, improve salary guidance system and salary distribution system through reforming salary system, build normal salary increasing mechanism and accelerate industrial structure adjustment, expand channels of residents’ property income, and increase their property income to narrow the gap with developed areas.更多还原
