【摘要】 在定量分析煤炭资源枯竭型城市建设用地扩展、用地结构和用地效益等问题的基础上,采用SPSS软件运用主成分分析法提取了主要影响因子。煤炭资源枯竭型城市建设用地结构并不是实现城市土地可持续利用的障碍因素,关键在于土地利用经济效益较低,必须加快产业结构升级,提高土地利用效益;发展劳动密集型产业,解决城市失业问题,逐步减小贫富差距,保证社会稳定是根本,特别要加大煤炭资源枯竭型城市生态投入,走可持续发展之路。更多还原

【Abstract】 Using SPSS software extracted major factors in the various drivers using principal component analysis on the basis of issues such as urban construction land expansion,land-use structure and land-use efficiency of nine cities.Conclusion: Construction of land-use structure of coal resource-exhausted cities is not barriers to achieve the sustainable use of urban land.The key lies in smaller land economy.Speeding up industrial upgrading,and developing labor-intensive industries,and easing the pressure of urban unemployment,and gradually reducing the gap between rich and poor and ensuring social stability is fundamental settlement of coal resource-exhausted cities to sustainable development and sustainable urban land use.It is more important to increase the ecological inputs,and take the road of sustainable urban development of coal resource-exhausted cities.更多还原
