【摘要】 探讨了职业女性继续教育之矛盾的表现、成因以及化解,认为职业女性继续教育遭遇了现实与传统、外来压力大与内在需求小的矛盾;女性自然特征和社会价值取向是矛盾的客观成因,女性主体意识和自我价值取向是矛盾的主观成因;化解矛盾的途径是营造社会性别意识主流化、推进个体性别意识现代化、实施家务劳动社会化、促进继续教育人本化。更多还原

【Abstract】 This article discusses the contradictions between the continuing education of professional women’s performance,causes and solution and thinks that working women’s continuing education is faced with the conflicts between tradition and reality,and between greater external pressure and less internal demand.Women’s natural features and social values are the objective causes for the conflicts.Women’s subjective consciousness and their own value orientation are the subjective causes for the conflicts.The way to resolve the conflicts is to create awareness of gender mainstreaming and promoting gender awareness of individual modernization,implementation of the socialization of housework,and promote people-oriented continuing education.更多还原
