【摘要】 目的:探讨维生素C(VitC)溶液湿化米索前列醇阴道置药终止14～20周妊娠的临床效果。方法:将178例妊娠14～20周妇女随机分成3组,观察阴道置米索前列醇(Ⅰ组58例)、氯化钠湿化米索前列醇(Ⅱ组62例)及VitC溶液湿化米索前列醇(Ⅲ组60例)的引产效果。结果:Ⅲ组的流产时间(4.28±2.83h)、用药次数(2.30±0.28次)及用药量(452±85μg)均短于和少于Ⅱ组(6.40±3.52h,3.60±0.56次,626±60μg)、Ⅰ组(7.86±6.60h,4.80±0.20次,786±47μg),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。阴道置米索前列醇后3h,Ⅲ组血清前列腺素E水平(127.12±4.0mg/L)明显高于Ⅱ组(94.46±16.9mg/L)、Ⅰ组(65.48±6.6mg/L),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。3组的产后出血量、出血时间差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:VitC溶液湿化米索前列醇阴道置药终止14～20周妊娠效果优于固态及氯化钠湿化米索前列醇阴道置药。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the clinical effects of misoprostol tablets dissolved in vitamin C solution on termination of pregnancy between 14 and 20 weeks. Methods:A total of 178 women whose gestational ages were 14 and 20 weeks and hospitalized in Tianjin Huanghe Hospital were randomized into three groups: group I (58 women treated with misoprostol tablets in vagina),group II (62 women treated vaginally with misoprostol tablets dissolved in normal saline),and group III (60 women treated vaginally with misoprostol tablets dissolved in vitamin C solution. The effects of induced abortion were evaluated. Results:The interval between treatment and expulsion of fetal sac (4.28h±2.83h),the times (2.30±0.28)and dosage (452μg±85μg ) of the treatment in group III were less than those of group II (6.40h±3.52h,3.60±0.56,626μg±60μg) and group I (7.86h±6.60h,4.80±0.20,786μg±47μg)(P all<0.01). After 3 hours of treating with misoprostol tablets,the level of plasma prostaglandin E in group III (127.12 mg/l±4.0mg/l)were higher than those in group II(94.46 mg/l±16.9 mg/l) and group I(65.48 mg/l±6.6 mg/l)(P<0.01). While the amount and duration of vaginal bleeding had no significant differences among the three groups (P>0.05). Conclusion: The misoprostol tablets dissolved in vitamin C solution is superior to misoprostol tablets and its solution dissolved in normal saline in termination of 14-20 weeks′ gestation.更多还原
