深水钻井条件下气制油合成基钻井液低温流动性室内研究

【摘要】 气制油是一类新型合成基础油,具有粘度低、不含芳烃和生物降解性好等特性。研究了在深水钻井条件下影响气制油合成基钻井液低温流动性影响因素;结果表明,乳化剂类型、油水比变化、有机土加量等是影响气制油合成基钻井液低温流动性的主要因素;在此基础上优选出气制油合成基钻井液配方:70%气制油+30%盐水+3%有机土+4%乳化剂+0.5%润湿剂+3%降滤失剂+2%石灰。对比分析了线性α-烯烃、5号白油和气制油基油包水钻井液粘温特征,结果表明,气制油合成基钻井液具有较好的低温流动性,完全可以适用于深水钻井。

【Abstract】 Gas to liquid(GTL)was a new type of synthetic based oil with low viscosity and without aromatic hydrocarbon and with good biodegradability.Synthetic based mud was widely used in deepwater drilling.Aiming at GTL,factors such as emulsifier types,organic clay addition,oil-water ratio,base oil types and mud density which influenced the properties of synthetic drilling fluid were researched.Based on these results,an optimized formula of synthetic drilling fluid included: 70%GTL+30%brine+3% organic clay + 4% emulsifier + 0.5% wetting agent + 3% filtrate loss reducer+2%Lime.Viscosity-temperature characteristics of water-in-oil drilling among liner alpha olefin,No.5 white oil and GTL based drilling fluid were compared and analyzed.The results show that GTL based drilling has better flowability in low temperature,which is suitable to deepwater drilling.
