【摘要】 目的研究新型弹性屈臂型宫内节育器(intrauterine contraceptive device,IUD)的临床效果。方法对400例自愿参加本项目且符合接收条件者采用随机对照多中心临床研究方法,放置弹性屈臂型IUD或TCu220C IUD并做临床效果比较。结果 400例置器者经1、3、6月三次随访,6月末弹性屈臂型IUD与TCu220C IUD由于脱落、腰腹痛、月经紊乱、带器妊娠等原因的停用率分别为4.57%和2.54%;0.52%和1.00%;0.52%和0.51%;0.52%和0.51%;续用率分别为93.37%和95.44%。两种IUD的临床效果比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论新型弹性屈臂型IUD符合IUD优选标准。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study clinical effect of new type intrauterine contraceptive device(IUD)——Elastic flexible-arm IUD.Methods Totally 400 cases according research conditions and attending the randomized controlled multi-center clinical study voluntarily were applied with Elastic flexible-arm IUD in 200 cases and TCu220C IUD in the others.The clinical effect was compared and analyzed between two kinds of IUDs.Results All cases were followed at up at 1,3,and 6 month.The results of life-table analysis showed discontinuation rates were 4.57% and 2.54%,0.52% and 1.00%,0.52% and 0.51%,0.52% and 0.51% resulting from IUD exfoliated,the pain,abnormal menstruation,pregnancy with IUD.The continuation rate was 93.37% and 95.44% respectively of two kinds of IUD.Clinical effect was no significant difference between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Elastic flexible-arm IUD is an acceptable and safe IUD that It is consisted with selection criteria of IUD.更多还原
