【摘要】 面对当前我国出现的大学生严峻就业形势,培养和提高他们的就业竞争力已成为各高校必须面对和认真思考的问题。高校学生存在着专业技能性和就业针对性较强的特点,从这一实际出发,学校的就业指导部门应加强对学生的人生职业规划、提供信息服务以及自我素质提高等方面的引导,使学生树立勇于面对严峻形势的意识,注重平时学习中的知识积累、能力提高和人格完善。更多还原
