【摘要】 目的探讨急性骨髓炎MRI表现,提高骨髓炎的早期诊断率。方法收集21例骨髓炎患者临床及影像学资料,进行回顾性分析。结果所有21例患者在常规X线检查中,均未发现明显改变,有12例作CT检查,其中有5例又可疑骨密度异常。所有21例患者在MRI检查中均呈阳性改变。结论对于早期骨髓炎患者,X线检查未见异常时,MRI检查具有明显优势。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To discuss the MR appearances of acute osteomyelitis and improve the early diagnostic rate.Methods:The imagings and clinical data of 21 cases of acute osteomyelitis were retrospectively analyzed.Results: In 21 cases ,the conventional x-ray films showed no obvious changes.Among them,12 cases were performed with CT scanning,5 cases were suspicions of abnormal signs in bone density.Positive changes were found on the MR films in all the cases.Conclusions: For the patients with early osteomyelitis that had no positive signs on x-ray films,MR examination has obvious advantages.更多还原
