申花大厦基坑工程设计
Excavation Design of Shenhua Mansion
【摘要】 通过对申花大厦基坑工程设计与工程实践的总结,对整个施工开挖、暴露、回填和型钢拔除过程进行了监测,对完整的实测数据作了反分析计算。认为SMW工法围护墙的综合抗变形刚度可靠,止水效果好,型钢能回收再利用。基坑变形主要发生在开挖和暴露阶段。坑内土体加固和基坑底增加配筋垫层对基坑变形控制效果明显。型钢拔除时按照施工规程控制进行回填水泥浆或灌砂,附加变形较小。SMW工法在软弱土层深基坑工程应用中具有需要施工场地小、施工速度快、节省工程造价等优点。
【Abstract】 By summarizing the design and practice of Shenhua Mansion excavation project,whole process including excavation,exposure,refilling and profile steel removing was surveyed.Through calculation,enclosure wall with SMW construction method was considered to have sound overall deformation-resistant rigidity and good waterproof effect.Deformation happens mainly during excavation and exposure.Soil reinforcing and reinforced bedding have good effect in deformation control.According to construction regulations,cement paste and sand refilling during profile steel removing cause smaller additional deformation.In deep excavation application,the method has the advantages of smaller site,faster speed,and less cost.
