框架结构允许最大结构单元长度的弹塑性分析
Non-Linear Analysis on Allowed Maximal Length of Frame Structures
【摘要】 由于工艺上的原因,在建的百万千瓦机组大型火力发电厂主厂房通常无法设置伸缩缝而形成超长结构。各种现有规范及规程对结构单元的允许最大长度均是基于经验或弹性分析确定的。基于某火力发电厂钢筋混凝土框架结构的基本数据,将结构单元的长度作为参数,进行了该类超长框架结构在温度(收缩)作用下的弹塑性分析。建立了温度(收缩)作用下的裂缝宽度分析模型,以正常使用极限状态允许的最大裂缝宽度为出发点,分析了火力发电厂框架结构允许的最大结构单元长度。
【Abstract】 The length of 1 000 MW power plant main building is usually 100 m or longer,and the expansion joint is not allowed due to the production process,so that the building becomes an over-long structure.The allowed maximal length of RC frame structure based on existing code and guideline is determined by experience or elastic analysis.In this paper,taking the length of the structure unit as the variable,the non-linear analysis of over-long RC frame structures was conducted based on an under construction power plant.A model was built to analyze the width of the cracks,and the allowed maximal length of the structure unit was discussed based on the allowed maximal crack width at serviceability limit state.
