【摘要】 对上海市182家社区卫生服务中心及114家社区卫生服务站执业状况进行现场调查,发现社区卫生服务机构"六位一体"功能正在逐步落实,但离目标要求尚存在一定差距,卫生技术人员力量相对薄弱,违规执业的状况也有发生。建议应进一步加大政府投入,注重人才队伍建设,加强信息化建设,规范执业,促进社区卫生服务功能实现。更多还原

【Abstract】 Spot survey was conducted in 182 community health service(CHS) centers and 114 CHS stations of Shanghai.The survey found out that the "Six in One" function of the CHS was gradually being implemented,but there was still a certain gap away from the demanded targets,such as relatively poor personnel,and illegal practice.It was suggested to further increase government input,emphasize personnel development,strengthen information instruction,and standardize practice to promote the CHS functions.更多还原
