【摘要】 当前全国范围内体育专业毕业生的就业状况相对较困难,其中社会体育专业毕业生的就业形势更为严峻。通过对2007年以来的重庆市社会体育专业毕业生就业情况的抽样调查,发现他们的就业期望和就业现实之间差距甚大。专业对口(指社会体育的岗位)和基本对口(指凡属体育的岗位)的仅为20%。为缓解这一矛盾,从政府、高校、毕业生本人3个角度提出若干对策和建议。更多还原
