【摘要】 目的了解徐州市居民高血压患病率、知晓率、治疗率和控制状况。方法于2008年6月～2008年12月,采用多阶段分层随机抽样方法,选择具有代表性的样本,共调查20～75岁常住人口17500人,采用统一调查表进行一般情况、高血压患病情况、治疗情况调查及血压测量。结果徐州市人群高血压患病率为20.87%,标化患病率为16.39%;患病率与年龄呈正相关(r=0.36),随着年龄的增长而升高(P=0.000)。城市、农村患病率分别为28.77%和17.22%,标化患病率分别为21.06%和14.14%,城市高于农村(P=0.000)。男女性别患病率分别为20.73%和20.99%,标化患病率分别为17.06%和15.08%,差别无统计学意义(P=0.676)。调查人群中52.93%为血压正常高值,城市53.08%,农村52.86%,差异无统计学意义(P=0.785);男性59.97%,女性46.96%,男性高于女性(P=0.000);其中25～34岁组正常高值比例最高为59.43%。在高血压患者中,42.19%知道自己患有高血压,34.12%的患者服用降压药,9.27%的患者得到控制。结论徐州市高血压患病率低于全国2002年平均水平,血压正常高值人群比例较高,高危人群年轻化;高血压知晓率、治疗率和控制率较全国滞后,徐州市急需开展及完善高血压社区综合防治工作。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand epidemic characteristics of prevalence,distribution,treatment and control of hypertension in Xuzhou city.Methods With multistage cluster sampling,a total of 17500 residents aged 20 to 75 were selected and investigated by a standard questionnaire on hypertension epidemiology.Results The prevalence of hypertension in Xuzhou was 20.87%,standardized prevalence was 16.39%,and increased with the age(P=0.000).The prevalence of hypertension in urban and rural area were 28.77% and 17.22%,respectively;standardized prevalence were 21.06% and 14.14%,respectively;the prevalence in urban area was higher than that in rural area.The prevalence of hypertension in male and female were 20.73% and 20.99%,respectively;standardized prevalence were 17.06% and 15.08%,respectively;there were no significant difference between prevalence in male or in female(P=0.676).The percentage of people with high-normal blood pressure was 52.93%,25～34 year group is highest(59.43%);There were no significant difference between urban area and rural area(53.08% vs 52.86% P=0.785).The percentage of people with high-normal blood pressure in male was 59.97%,more than that in female(46.96%).The rate of awareness,treatment and control were 42.19%,34.12% and 9.27%,respectively.Conclusions The percentage of people with high-normal blood pressure was higher,the high risk population was serious with a younger trend and the rate of awareness,treatment and control were behind our country,though the prevalence of hypertension in Xuzhou was lower than the nation’s average level,it was in urgent need to carrying out and improve community-based comprehensive prevention and control of hypertension in Xuzhou city.更多还原
