【摘要】 目的实施跌倒/坠床危险因素评估,落实跌倒/坠床防范措施,以降低住院患者跌倒/坠床发生率。方法 2008年开始实施跌倒/坠床危险因素评估,对住院患者跌倒/坠床危险因素评估评分>4分者,落实防范住院患者跌倒/坠床的护理安全管理措施,并比较实施跌倒/坠床危险因素评估前后住院患者的跌倒/坠床发生情况。结果实施跌倒/坠床危险因素评估后,住院患者跌倒/坠床发生率明显降低,护理人员防范意识明显提高。结论跌倒/坠床危险因素评估的实施和护理安全措施的落实,能有效降低住院患者跌倒/坠床的发生率,提高住院患者护理安全。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To implement fall risk factors assessment and fall-proof countermeasures to reduce the fall incidence of inpatients.Methods The assessment of fall risk factors was conducted since 2008.The fall-proof management measures were implemented in the inpatients with 4 scores or more by the scale.The fall incidences were compared before and after the implementation of inpatient’s fall risk factor assessment.Results After the implementation of fall risk factor assessment,the fall incidence in the inpatients was significantly reduced with enhanced preventive awareness in nurses.Conclusion The implementation of fall risk factor assessment and safety measures can effectively reduce inpatients’ fall incidence and improve the nursing safety.更多还原
