【摘要】 目的探讨社区独立技能训练对慢性精神分裂症患者社会功能的影响。方法将2008年1—6月某院临床康复出院的120例精神分裂症患者按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各60例。对照组患者进行常规康复训练,其间有8例患者放弃训练,实际完成52例;观察组患者进行社区独立技能训练,其间有4例患者放弃训练,实际完成56例。于入组时、和训练8周末、26周末、1年后,分别采用精神分裂症阳性症状量表(scale for the assessment of positive symptoms,SAPS)、阴性症状量表(scale for the assessment of negative symptoms,SANS)、社会功能缺陷量表(social dysfunction scale,SDSS)对两组患者进行调查,并于入组时、训练1年后采用护士观察量表(nurses’observation scale for inpatient evaluation,NOSIE)对两组患者进行康复状态的评估。结果训练8周末、训练26周末、训练1年后,观察组患者SAPS、SANS、SDSS评分均优于对照组,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。训练1年后,观察组患者NOSIE评分优于入组时,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。结论社区独立技能训练更能有效地改善慢性精神分裂症患者的社会功能,明显提高慢性精神分裂症患者的生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the influence of the independent living-skill training in community on the social function in patients with chronic schizophrenia.Methods A total of 120 patients with schizophrenia who were discharged after rehabilitation from January to June,2008 were randomly divided into the observational group(n=60)and the control group(n=60).Of the patients in the control group who undergone conventional rehabilitation training,8 quit the training and 52 actually completed the training;Of the patients in the observational group who undergone independent living skill training,4 quit the training and 56 actually completed the training.Scale for the assessment of positive symptoms(SAPS),scale for the assessment of negative symptoms(SANS)and social dysfunction scale(SDSS)were used in the patients of the two groups to assess levels of rehabilitation before treatment,at the end of 8,and 26 weeks,and 1 year after treatment.And nurses’ observation scale for inpatient evaluation(NOSIE)was also used before treatment and 1 year after treatment.Results The scores of SAPS,SANS,SDSS before the treatment,at the end of 8 and 26 weeks,and 1 year after treatment in the observational group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).And the scores of NOSIE in the observational group on 1 year after treatment were superior to those before the treatment(P<0.01).Conclusion The independent living skill training in community can effectively improve the social function and the life quality of patient with chronic schizophrenia.更多还原
