【摘要】 目的探讨留置导尿患者一次性集尿袋的最佳更换时间。方法将120例在普外科住院治疗需留置尿管的患者分成A、B、C3组,A组每天更换1次集尿袋,B组每周更换2次集尿袋,C组每周更换1次集尿袋,比较3组患者的尿培养结果。结果B组患者尿培养阳性率[45.0%(18/40)]低于A组[67.5%(27/40)]和C组[72.5%(29/40)],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);共检到大肠埃希菌、肠球菌属等6种病原菌。结论一次性集尿袋以每周更换2次的效果最佳。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the optimal replacement time of one-time urinary bag of indwelling catheter sufferers.Methods A total of 120 inpatients with indwelling catheter in the general surgery department were randomly divided into A,B,C groups.The urine bags were replaced once daily in A group,semiweekly in B group and weekly in C group.The urine fostering indicators of these samples were compared among the three groups.Results The culture positive rate of urine specimens of group B[45.0%(18/40)] was significantly lower than those of group A [67.5%(27/40)] and group C[72.5%(29/40)](P<0.05).Altogether six pathogens such as Escherichia coli,enterococcus were detected.Conclusion The optimal replacement time of urine collection bags is twice a week.更多还原
