【摘要】 目的研制新颖、实用一次性胃肠营养滤过输注袋,并观察其临床应用效果。方法一次性胃肠营养滤过输注袋有滤过装置,袋口有PVC材料制成的拉链,管端有三通接头。采用随机数字表法,将90例胃肠内营养患者分为观察组(间歇输注法)46例,分次输注1356次;对照组(分次灌入法)44例,分次灌入1135次,对两组效果进行统计分析。结果使用一次性胃肠内营养滤过输注袋与灌入法一样未发现管腔堵塞现象。两组患者腹泻发生情况的差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),两组患者胃潴留、反流、呕吐发生情况的差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),观察组护士床边操作时间明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论使用一次性胃肠营养滤过输注袋可有效滤过营养液,不造成管腔堵塞;间歇性输注与分次灌入相比,患者并发症少,更安全、舒适,同时提高了护士工作效率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To develop a disposable,novel and practical enteral nutrition filtration bag(ENFB),and to observe its clinical application.Methods This ENFB had a zipper made of PVC in its operting a three-terminal connector at its edn.Ninety patients with enteral nutrition were divided into two groups by random number table method.The patients in the observational group(n=46)treated with intermittent infusion method were infused 1356 times with ENFB.The patients in the control group(n=44)treated with fractionated-perfusion method were perfused 1135 times with perfusion apparatus.All the data were recorded and statistically analyzed.Results Lumen clogging phenomenon was not observed in neither group.Significant differences were observed between the two group in the incidence rate of diarrhea(P<0.01)and in the complications of gastric retention,reflux,vomiting(P<0.01).The bedside operation time of nurses in the control group was significantly less than that of the observational group(P<0.01).Conclusion ENFB could effectively filtrate nutrition with no luminal congestion and lower incidence rate of complications.It’s safer and more comfortable with higher work efficiency for nurses.更多还原
