基于APES算法的高精度间谐波检测

【摘要】 针对电力系统中存在的间谐波问题,提出了一种基于APES(Amplitude and Phase Estimation,APES)算法的间谐波检测方法。该方法是在误差功率最小化目标下的非参数估计方法。分析了该方法在加权最小二乘解释及滤波器组解释下与其他谱估计方法的联系,说明了该方法是对信号频率的渐近无偏估计。通过实验仿真对比了在不同采样时间及信噪比条件下APES算法与其他算法的频率估计精度,证明了该方法具有较好的抗噪性及短时间窗估计特性。

【Abstract】 A new method based on amplitude and phase estimation(APES) is presented for the interharmonic detection in power system.This approach is a kind of nonparametric spectral estimator based on the criterion of minimizing error power.The relation between the APES and other spectral estimators is concerned both in a weighted least-squares(WL S) framework and filterbank interpretations.It is proved to be an asymptotically unbiased moment estimators of frequencies of interharmonics.The experiment indicates the accuracy of the frequency estimation of the APES with other algorithm in the different cases of sampling time and SNR.The better ant i-noise performance and short time window characteristic of the proposed method are also proved.
