【摘要】 在用户自备应急电源众多的地区,用户应急柴油发电机是黑启动的重要后备资源,可以按分布式发电的思路,将它们组合起来为地方电网黑启动服务。对黑启动服务组合的运行网络进行了解析,从该运行网络的有功、无功功率平衡解析式出发,剖析了这种网络的运行特征。按发电机自励磁的引发条件,提出了黑启动服务组合运行网络规避自励磁的电压/无功调控准则。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the crowded region with user’s emergent power supply for themselves,the user’s emergent diesel generators are the important to preparative resource of black start.According to the viewpoint of distributed generation,it is feasible to combine the emergent diesel generators to serve the region power system of the black start.An analysis of operating network for black start service combination is made in this paper.From the analytical formulas of active and reactive power balances,the operating characters of such network are taken apart.In terms of the solicitation condition of generator self-excitation,the voltage/reactive power regulating guide lines of such network for avoiding self-excitation are proposed.更多还原
