基于PLC的高精度飞剪控制系统

【摘要】 针对国产高线飞剪系统剪切定位不精确、运行不稳定以及剪切速度不高等缺陷,设计了基于GE 90-30可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)的高线高精度飞剪控制系统,实现了轧线信号及处理、夹送辊操作、飞剪驱动模块、头部剪切操作、尾部剪切操作、单剪切、报警等功能。结果表明:剪切速度最大可达22 m/s,剪切精度达到误差小于10 mm,具有良好的剪切精确度和响应速度。

【Abstract】 Aiming at the flaws in dis-precision of cutting position,instability of operation and deficiency of cutting speed,a high-precision flying shear control system based on GE 90-30 programmable logic controller(PLC) was designed.The many functions were realized,such as catching and processing signal in the high-line rolling production line,pinch roll operation,flying shear driving module,forehead cutting operation,rear part cutting operation,single cutting,alarm,and so on.The practice indicates that the cutting speed can achieve 22 m/s and the error of cutting precision is smaller than 10 mm,which means this system has excellent cutting precision and outstanding speed of response.
