电动推杆在包装产品摩擦系数测试中的应用

【摘要】 介绍了摩擦现象的力学概念及测试摩擦系数的试验加载方案。用电动葫芦起重作为无侧限正压力,直流电机驱动电动推杆作为水平侧向推力,在AVR单片机控制下,由电脑统一管理和操控系统。对AVR单片机在传感器的数据采集、电动执行元件的动作控制及上/下位机的通信接口作了重点描述。在用VB编程的上位机软件中强调荷载值标定过程的简易、透明并在界面中显示标定等级之间的线性程度。各执行元件的控制开关均采用点动操控。试验的文本记录和数据曲线分别转储到Excel的电子表格和绘图功能中。

【Abstract】 This paper introduces the concept of friction phenomenon and testing the mechanical friction coefficient of the test loading program. As with electric hoist lifting unconfined positive pressure, DC motor-driven electric putter as the level of lateral thrust, under the control of the AVR microcontroller, computer -integrated management and control systems. AVR microcontroller on the sensor data acquisition, electric actuator motor control and up/down bit machine communication interface were key description. VB programming in the host computer with software calibration process emphasized the value of a simple load, transparent and displayed in the interface between the linear calibration grade level. The implementation of the components of the control switches are used to move the control. The text records and test data curves dump to Excel spreadsheet and graphics functions.
