激光快速成形送粉器的控制系统设计

【摘要】 介绍了刮吸式送粉器的结构及工作原理,建立了基于PCI-1240运动控制卡的送粉器控制系统,研究了送粉率和送粉比例的控制方法,并进行了送粉实验。结果表明,通过控制粉盘转速可实现对送粉率的精确控制,送粉比例可调,满足功能梯度材料激光快速成形对送粉器控制系统的需求。

【Abstract】 The structure of the scraping suction powder feeder and its principle are described. The powder feeding control system which based on PCI-1240 motion control card is built. It is researched the method of controlling the powder feeding rate and feeding proportion. The powder feeding experiments are carried out. The tests results show that the powder feeding rate can be controlled accurately by controlling the rotating speed of powder disc. The powder feeding proportion can be changed. It can meet the requirement of functional graded materials manufacturing by laser rapid forming.
