非回转体类零件数控铣削加工分析
CNC Milling Process Analysis of Non-rotational Parts
【摘要】 介绍非回转体零件数控铣削的工艺特点,列出非回转体零件工艺性检查内容;探讨零件加工工艺制订原则、刀具路径优化、刀具半径补偿及数控加工程序自动生成等问题。并给出一个具体应用实例。
【Abstract】 The technology characters of NC milling process for non-revolving part were introduced.The contents of technology that should be checked were presented.The rule for planning the milling process technology,the optimizing approach of tool path,the tool radius compensating method and the automatic generation method of NC code were discussed.An instance was given.
