基于LabVIEW的直线电机监测系统设计
Design of Linear Motor Supervisory System Based on LabVIEW
【摘要】 对直线电机的位移和速度、绕组温度、电机推/拉力进行有效监测是保障其正常工作的前提,为此自主研发基于虚拟仪器技术的直线电机监测系统。其硬件主要采用增量式直线光栅尺、方波四倍频及鉴向电路、温度传感器、压力传感器、研华ADAM-4000系列工控I/O模块、PCI-1780多通道计数卡等实现信号的采集与处理;系统人机界面和监测程序设计则基于图形化编程软件LabVIEW 8.6。测试结果证明,该系统能准确、快速地监测出直线电机的上述参数。
【Abstract】 Supervising the displacement,velocity,winding temperature,pushing and pulling force of linear motor are the preconditions of linear motor working well.The linear motor supervisory system was developed independently based on virtual instrument technology.The incremental linear encoder,forth-time frequency and direction identification circuit of square wave,temperature sensor,press sensor,ADAM-4000 series industry control I/O modules and PCI-1780 multiple channel counter card were adopted to implement signal acquisition and processing.The human machine interface and the supervisory program were developed based on Lab-VIEW 8.6.The test results demonstrate that the supervisory system can detect the parameters of linear motor mentioned above accurately and quickly.
