液压传动教学实验中的液压泵性能实验

【摘要】 液压泵是液压系统中将机械能转变成压力能的装置,液压泵性能的优劣直接影响到整个液压系统性能的好坏,因此液压泵性能测试实验是《液压传动》课程中很重要的实验课。开设液压泵性能测试实验,可加深学生对液压泵相关性能的理解,并使学生掌握通过实验解决问题的方法。对该实验的实验目的、实验装置及原理进行详细介绍,讨论实验中的主要性能参数。对06级某班的同学随机调查的结果表明,该实验达到了预期的效果。

【Abstract】 The hydraulic pump is the device that converts mechanical energy into static pressure energy in hydraulic system. Its performance has direct influence on the performance of whole system. The test on its performance is a very important part in hydraulic transmission course. This experiment has been set in order to make the undergraduates enhance their understanding of the performance of hydraulic pumps and to let them master the experiment way of solving problems.The experiment aim, experiment device and its principle were introduced. The main performance parameters were discussed.To know the experimental effect, a random survey was made in the undergraduates who enters college in 2006.The results indicate that the expecting effect is achieved.
