基于Matlab/Simulink的CNC粉末压机液压控制系统仿真分析

【摘要】 介绍CNC粉末压机液压控制系统基本原理,对元器件进行选型,并建立该系统的传递函数模型,利用Matlab/Simulink进行其位置控制系统、速度控制系统、压力控制系统仿真。仿真结果表明:所给出的CNC压机液压系统选型方案,位置和速度控制性能比较理想,而压力控制的响应时间较长,需要注意压力卸载时产生的峰值。

【Abstract】 The fundamental of hydraulic control system of CNC PM press was introduced.The types of the components were selected,and the transfer function models of the subsystems were established.The control subsystems of displacement,velocity and pressure were simulated by using Matlab/Simulink.The simulation results prove that the designed system has good control performances of displacement and velocity,but the response time of pressure control is long,and the peak occured on the time of pressure unloading need to be noticed.
