对内啮合齿轮泵浮动侧板中缓冲槽作用的分析
Analysis of the Buffer Slot on the Floating Plate of the Internal Gear Pump
【摘要】 研究了缓冲槽在内啮合齿轮泵浮动侧板中的工作原理及其结构设计。通过对浮动侧板缓冲槽的分析设计和软件仿真,优化了侧板的结构,使侧板既可以减少来自流动油液的周期冲击力以保持浮动侧板的稳定工作,又能够对低压油液进行预升压,因此也提高了内啮合齿轮泵的性能。
【Abstract】 The working principles and structure design of the buffer slot on the floating plate of the internal pump were studied.The structure was optimized by the analysis and design of the floating plate and simulated by software for reducing the periodic impact from the flowing oil to steady the working situation and per-increasing the pressure of the low-pressure oil.The performance of the internal gear pump was improved due to the optimization.
