基于工艺系统力变形的加工误差计算机辅助分析
Computer Aided Analysis of Machining Error Based on Force Deformation in Technologic System
【摘要】 研究了工艺系统力变形对加工误差的影响,论述了影响工艺系统力变形的因素和规律,采用VB6.0进行软件程序设计,实现了计算机辅助工艺系统受力变形分析。该程序适用于任意加工条件下系统受力变形和工件加工误差的求解,快速、准确、形象和直观,为工艺过程控制提供了很好的分析平台。
【Abstract】 The effect of force deformation in technologic system on machining error was studied.The factors and laws that effect the force deformation in technologic system were discussed.Computer aided analysis of force deformation in technologic system was realized by VB6.0.The analysis platform of technologic process control was realized so that solution of machining error was more exact,fast and effective.
