交流伺服系统串级控制器应用设计

【摘要】 针对交流伺服系统高速、高精度的要求,以28X系列DSP为控制芯片,提出一种主副回路串级控制方法。速度环采用PI控制,消除系统稳态误差和提高系统响应速度;位置环采用二阶前馈比例控制,改善系统动态跟踪精度。通过不同工况下的实验研究,确定主副回路控制器的参数。结果表明,所设计的串级控制器能够保证伺服系统的动态性能。

【Abstract】 A cascaded control of master-slave circuit was put forward aimed at requirement of high speed and high precision in an AC servo system,based on DSP control chip of 28X series.PI controller of velocity loop was introduced to reduce system steady-state error and to increase system response speed,and second order feedforward proportional control of position loop was designed to improve the system dynamic tracking accuracy.Parameters of the master-slave circuit controller were identified by experimental research at different conditions.The results show that the proposed cascaded controller can guarantee the dynamic performance of servo system.
