【Abstract】 The automatic recognition of precision ratings symbol is a key part in the meter inspection system.The method of meter precision ratings symbol images recognition based on invariant moments and support vector machine was proposed.In this method,invariant moments were employed to extract features of meter precision ratings symbol images and they were recognized by support vector machine.Experimental results show the proposed method has perfect classification performance.更多还原
