基于Bzier曲线的三坐标测量机自适应测量算法研究
Adaptive Measurement Algorithm for CMM Based on Bézier Curve
【摘要】 研究了用三坐标测量机测量自由曲面的测量路径规划问题,提出一种基于五次Bzier曲线的曲率连续自适应测量算法,并用LK-DMIS编程实现了该算法的实际测量。通过比较不同阶次Bzier曲线的自适应测量算法,结果证明了曲率连续自适应测量算法的有效性、精确性和快速性。
【Abstract】 The CMM measurement path planning of free-form surface was researched,and a curvature continuous adaptive measurement algorithm based on 5-th Bézier curve was presented,the actual measurement based on the algorithm was implemented by DMIS programming.By comparing the measurement results of Bézier curves with different orders,it is proved the validity,accuracy and efficiency of the curvature continuous adaptive measurement algorithm.
