基于PID神经网络集成控制的张紧器液压夹紧缸同步控制策略
Control Strategy of Cylinders Synchronization Motionof Tensioner Based on PID Neural Network Integrated Controller
【摘要】 铺管船用张紧器液压夹紧缸在工作过程中的同步性是保证设备稳定工作的基础,也是控制难点,常规的控制方法难以获得满意的控制效果。提出一种采用等同控制模式的PID神经网络集成控制器实现液压缸的同步运动控制,控制系统包括单缸控制器和双缸PID神经网络同步协调控制器,单缸控制器实现单缸运行过程中位置精确控制,PID神经网络同步协调控制器协调两缸之间的位置误差。仿真结果表明,液压缸在工作过程中有较好的同步性,最大同步误差为±2·6mm,满足系统要求。
【Abstract】 Cylinders synchronization motion is the basis of hydraulic system of tensioner for pipelaying vessel during working.It is difficult to fulfill synchronization motion using classical control methods.An integrated PID neural network controller was proposed which adopted equivalent control to realize the synchronization motion of dual-cylinder.The controller comprised an individual cylinder controller and a dual-cylinder PID neural network synchronization controller.Position control was realized by individual controller,synchronization motion of dual-cylinder was controlled by dual-cylinder neural network synchronization controller.The simulation results show that the position synchronization of dual-cylinder is improved and the maximum synchronization error is within ±2.6 mm.
