发电用木粉粉碎机超高速主轴密封结构设计

【摘要】 研究了国内外超高速主轴密封机理和密封技术,分析了国内外有关木材加工、木粉原料制备等方面最新技术。设计了一种能用于超高速发电用木粉粉碎机的密封结构。该密封采用静密封和动密封、接触密封和非接触密封有机结合的方法,具有与主轴连接的动环和与壳体连接的静环,以接触式密封实现静密封和低速密封。主轴与青铜静置套筒间的螺旋密封实现超高速密封。该密封结构既能有效防止发电用木粉的进入,又能使泄漏量降到最低,是一种密封效果好、摩擦因数低、工作可靠的密封结构。

【Abstract】 Both mechanism and technology of seal for the main shaft with super speed in the domestic and foreign were researched,the newest technologies of wood processing and raw material preparation for cellulosine were analyzed.A kind of seal structure of cellulosine disintegrator with super speed using in power generation was designed.The method that combined static seal,dynamic seal with contact seal and non-contact seal organically was used in this seal structure,which had moving ring connected with the main shaft and static ring linked with the shell.Static seal and seal under low speed was realized by contact seal,seal under super speed was realized by helix seal between the main shaft and bronze sleeve.This seal structure could prevent the cellulosine using in power generation entering into bearing effectively,and decrease the leakage.It is an effective,low friction coefficient,reliable seal structure.
