电主轴技术在亚纳米木粉粉碎机中的应用研究
The Application of the Electric Spindle Technology on Sub-nanometer Cellulosine Crusher
【摘要】 分析了亚纳米级超细木粉的应用前景,将电主轴技术应用到亚纳米级超细木粉裂解粉碎机中。利用高速铣刀和定刀的剪切作用,依靠特殊结构构成的楔形结构形成高压动压效应,设计了一台能够制备亚纳米级超细木粉的裂解粉碎机。试验结果表明该裂解粉碎机形成的木粉粒度已经达到了2400目,从而得到了一种新的亚纳米级超细木粉加工方法。
【Abstract】 Application prospect of the sub-nanometer cellulosine was analyzed,the electric spindle technology was applied to the schizolysis crusher of sub-nanometer cellulosine.A schizolysis crusher of sub-nanometer cellulosine was designed,which is based on the shearing action between high-speed milling cutter and stationary cutter,and the dynamic pressure effect of high pressure formed by the special wedge structure.The experimental results show that the size of cellulosine processed by the schizolysis crusher reaches 2400 mu.A new processing method of sub-nanometer cellulosine was obtained.
