菠萝提取物饲料添加剂对肉鸡免疫功能的影响
Effect of Pineapple Extract Feed Additive on Chicken Immunological Function
【摘要】 为了探讨菠萝提取物饲料添加剂对肉鸡免疫功能的影响,将270只AA肉鸡分成3组,每组3个重复,每个重复30只鸡,研究不同浓度的菠萝提取物饲料添加剂对肉鸡血清免疫球蛋白含量和T淋巴细胞百分率的影响。结果证明菠萝提取物饲料添加剂够显著提高AA肉鸡血清内IgG、IgM、IgA的含量以及T淋巴细胞百分率(P<0.05)。
【Abstract】 In order to verify the immunological function of pineapple extract feed additive on AA chicken,370 AA chicken were divided into 3 groups,in each group there were 3 replicates and 30 chicken in each replicate.Content of immunoglobulin IgG,IgA,IgM and rate of T-lymphocyte in chicken blood were studied with different dose of pineapple extract feed additive separately in 21d and 42d.The results showed that P pineapple extract feed additive could significant improve content of immunoglobulin IgG,IgA,IgM and rate of T-lymphocyte in chicken blood(P<0.05).
