木质工字梁侧向屈曲的判别及其应用意义
Judgement of the lateral bulking of Wood I-Joist and its application significance
【摘要】 对静载状态下的木质工字梁(IJ)侧向稳定性的试验、计算和分析结果表明:IJ虽然有超前侧向屈曲,但总体上仍然服从均质工字梁侧向屈曲理论的基本规律,均质工字梁的经典计算方法仍然可以较为准确地预测IJ的侧向屈曲临界荷载。同时表明:用弯矩来判别IJ的侧向稳定性比用整梁强度更具科学性和实用性,运用以弯矩和侧向稳定系数为关键指标的侧向稳定判别式可以准确判断IJ的侧向稳定性,为此建议我国相关标准考虑对木质梁侧向稳定性计算公式的修订,并加强我国适应性侧向稳定系数及其各项修正系数的基础研究。
【Abstract】 Results from the experiment,calculation and analysis for the static lateral bulking of wood I-Joist (IJ) showed that,though there was an advanced deflection,IJ still subjected to the basic law of the homogeneous beam in lateral bulking,so that the classical mathematics for critical loading on the lateral bulking of homogeneous beam could be applied to predict for that of IJ correctly. Meanwhile,it was indicated that bending moment of the IJ is much more scientific and applicable than modulus of rupture of the whole IJ and the equation to judge lateral bulking with bending mo-ment and lateral stability constant (LSC) as key parameters could be exactly used for telling the lateral bulking of IJ,based on which,suggestions for improving relative Chinese national standard in the equation for lateral bulking of wood I-joist and enforcing the basic research on the Chinese suited LSC including the varies of constants were put forward.
