广东科学中心E区大跨度钢结构施工模拟分析
Simulation calculation for construction of the mega-steel structure of Guangdong Science Center
【摘要】 广东科学中心由于主体采用钢结构形式,跨度较大,施工的先后顺序对施工过程中结构的稳定性和施工完毕后结构的位移、构件的内力有较大的影响。有必要寻找一种通用、可靠的计算方法来提高施工分析的效率与精确性,确保计算结果能切实有效地指导实际工程施工。E区为独立的结构体系,结合施工条件,制定了一整套完整的施工方案,并采用有限元软件ANSYS对该区结构施工方案进行了模拟计算分析,确定在施工过程中各控制监测点的应力值与挠度值,得出整个工程中的关键工况。监测结果证实了该施工方案的可行性和可靠性,也表明利用通用有限元软件ANSYS对大跨度结构进行施工模拟是高效的,可为工程施工提供科学依据。
【Abstract】 The sequence of construction has important influence on the stability of the mega-steel structure of GDSC E area during construction,and the final displacement and member internal force of the structure.A general and reliable method was explored to improve the calculative efficiency and precision during the construction analysis to ensure the analysis results and to guide the practical construction.According to the construction condition,a complete construction plan was designed,which was simulated with ANSYS finite element programme,and proved by the detection results it is feasible,reliable and efficient.The control of stress value,deflection spot and critical condition were determined in the construction process.
