广东科学中心复杂空间网格结构设计

【摘要】 广东科学中心A,B区上部大跨钢屋盖为体型复杂的曲面空间网格结构,曲面高差达41m;中庭透明屋盖上部设有六片宽达9m的巨型遮阳板,风载及风振较大。工程通过风洞试验及风振分析解决了抗风问题。此外,为了满足建筑效果及支撑遮阳板的需要,采用了竖腹杆贯通的新型圆钢筒节点,并对该型节点进行了节点试验和分析;为了抗风需要,支撑网壳的抗拔支座及混凝土柱采用了预应力技术。介绍了该复杂空间网壳结构的造型、布置、节点设计和结构分析。

【Abstract】 The long-span steel roof in areas A and B of Guangdong Science Center is a complex spatial grid structure with an elevation of 41m.Six 9m wide giant sun visors over the central transparent part bears the action of intensive wind load and wind-induced response,so wind tunnel tests and wind-induced response analysis had been adopted to solve the wind action problem.Besides,considering the architecture and the requirement of the brace for the sun visor,a new type of circular tube steel joint is utilized and a particular joint test and finite element analysis had been conducted.Prestress technic has been used in concrete columns and the anti-pulling bearings of the latticed shell.The structural modeling,layout,analysis and joint design of the complex spatial latticed shell are introduced for design of the structure.
