钢板-混凝土组合梁及组合抗弯加固中栓钉的性能及抗剪承载力研究

【摘要】 在钢板-混凝土组合梁及钢板-混凝土组合抗弯加固梁中,由于栓钉与普通钢-混凝土组合梁中受力情况不同,其抗剪承载力按照现行规范的方法计算偏于不安全。为了研究栓钉连接件在钢板-混凝土组合梁及组合抗弯加固中的性能,进行了8根钢板-混凝土组合梁及10根钢板-混凝土组合抗弯加固钢筋混凝土梁的试验,通过量测钢板沿轴向的应变间接得到栓钉在梁中的性能。通过分析栓钉在钢板-混凝土组合梁及组合抗弯加固中的受力情况,给出了栓钉抗剪承载力的计算方法,采用该方法得到的结果与试验结果吻合较好。

【Abstract】 The states of stress and ultimate shear resistance of stud shear connectors in steel plate-concrete composite(SPCC) beams and RC beams flexurally strengthened using SPCC technique were different from the studs in traditional steel-concrete composite beams in hogging moment region,so the design rules in current standards can not be used in SPCC beams.Eight large-scale SPCC beams and ten RC beams flexurally strengthened using SPCC technique were tested.The axial strains of steel plate were measured in order to obtain the real behavior of studs in SPCC beams.The ultimate shear strength of studs is suggested according to test results.A design model is proposed based on the analysis of the state of stress of steel plate in SPCC beams.And the design method is verified by the test results.
