“材料加工工程”课程改革思路、作法及效果

【摘要】 《材料加工工程》课程是材料科学与工程一级学科中"材料成型与控制工程"专业的必修课程,本文介绍了华中科技大学材料学院率先提出将原铸、锻、焊三个老专业的多门相关课程通过"去粗存精,去旧增新,以材料成形工艺为主线,工艺分析及模具设计相结合,兼顾新工艺新技术导向"的总体思路,自1998年以来对于该门课程进行改革与建设的做法以及所取得的效果,供读者参考。

【Abstract】 Material Processing Engineering is a requiredcourse in the first-level materials science and engineering for the major of "material molding and control engineering".This article introduces the reform design,its practice and its effect for this course in Huazhong University of Science and Technology since 1998.The Material College first put forward the idea of combining three old majors of casting,forging and welding by means of "discarding the dross and selecting the essential,discarding the old and adding the new,combining process analysis and moulddesign" with material forming process as the main focus and new technology as guidance.
